At Cartec, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into the original shipping box or a secure mailing bag.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and securely fix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is fully processed.
